how does this work?

When I first started amalgam, I would post a macaron sale called a #macdrop. With the evolution of this home bakery, macdrops have become more infrequent, but still equally as special.

Sometimes they are themed, sometimes they are seasonal, always they are delicious and pretty. Here's how you get the good stuff during one of these special sales:

• Flavors will be posted on Instagram & the blog on a Sunday morning with link to order. 

• Ordering will stay open until Tuesday at 10 p.m. CST.

• Pick-up days will typically be Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. You'll see the available dates and pick-up windows in the order form.

• Weekly Mac Drop Pricing: Typically $3 - $3.50/macaron. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

• Available sizes are 4-packs, 6-packs, and 12-packs.

You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. This will have order details, payment link, and the pick-up address/window. There are no refunds for no-shows. If you can't make your order window, let me know as soon as possible and we'll chat. 

Sorry, no shipping! All items are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensing or inspection. Allergen and ingredient information is included with each order.
