Custom orders start at $2.50/macaron and increase in price depending on flavors, fillings, and designs. There is a two dozen order minimum. I need at least two weeks (on most occasions) to accommodate custom order requests. If your event is less than two weeks away, I may not have openings or there may be an additional rush fee, depending on the order. Depending on your event location, I may be able to deliver for a small fee if it's in Madison or the surrounding area.

Some fine(ish) print: I am a home baker, which means I am not subject to state licensing or inspection. Macarons and fillings meet the Wisconsin statute exemptions for home bakers. My kitchen is not allergen free. I include ingredient information with all orders. Individuals with food sensitivities should exercise judgment before purchasing/consuming. By purchasing these confections you assume amalgam design & bakery is not responsible for any harm to you or those who consume these goods.
The custom order process:

Check the availability calendar.

I need at least 2 weeks for booking custom orders. If I am able to accept a request less than two weeks from the pick-up or delivery date, there may be an additional rush fee.

When checking the calendar, look at the date you are planning for delivery or pick-up of your order. If there is already an appointment on that date, I may not be able to accept your request.

I will send you an email within 24 hours confirming whether the date(s) selected are available. We will then work together to solidify the details of your order.
